TLE4675GXT Description
TLE4675GXT is a type of monolithic integrated low dropout voltage regulator for loads up to 400 mA. Based on the integrated reset function, as well as several protection circuits combined with the wide operating temperature range, it is specifically designed for supplying microprocessor systems for automotive applications. A suite of protection functions is provided when operating, including reverse polarity protection, short circuit protection, and overtemperature shutdown.
