TLE4299GM Overview
In order to package the IC voltage regulator, a SOIC case is used. On the Voltage regulator IC, there are 14 terminations that can be connected. This IC Regulator has a type of output called Fixed. At present, it can produce an output of up to 150mA. As you can see, the regulator IC has a total of 14 pins. At the lowest operating temperature that can be reached by the chip, it is -40°C. Generally, this voltage regulator IC can output 5V volts on a system level. In addition, it is specified that the voltage reference characteristic of the IC voltage regulator shall not exceed 1.35V volts.
