TLE4284DV18NT Description
A monolithic integrated NPN type voltage regulator, the TLE 4284 is capable of supplying loads up to 1.0 A. The package for the chip is surface mounted and is called PG-TO252-3-11 (DPAK). It has additional protection against overload, short circuit, and overheating because it is built to supply microprocessor systems or other loads under the demanding conditions of automotive applications.
