TLE4276SV85 Overview
The package is delivered in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. In order to package the IC voltage regulator, a TO-220-5 case is used. On the Voltage regulator IC, there are 5 terminations that can be connected. This IC Regulator has a type of output called Fixed. At present, it can produce an output of up to 400mA.
