TLE4276-2DV Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) case is used to deliver the Voltage Regulated IC. A TO-252-5 case is used for packaging. As you can see, the IC chip has 4 terminations. The electronic part implements 1 regulators in total. As far as its current output is concerned, it stands at 400mA. The dropout voltage of the regulator IC is 10 volts. 5 pins are on the chip. It is important to note that this device has a ADJUSTABLE POSITIVE SINGLE OUTPUT LDO REGULATOR regulator type. To meet operation requirements, the voltage regulator IC has a maximum output current of 400mA. It operates in the 100μA Quiescent Current state.
