TLE4275DXT Overview
In order to package the IC voltage regulator, a TO-252-5 case is used. On the Voltage regulator IC, there are 4 terminations that can be connected. At present, it can produce an output of up to 400mA. Depending on the chip, 5 pins may be available. As far as the regulator type, it is a FIXED POSITIVE SINGLE OUTPUT LDO REGULATOR type. As a general rule, it is recommended that you use the IC voltage regulator when temperatures are below 150°C degrees Celsius. At the lowest operating temperature that can be reached by the chip, it is -40°C.
