TLE4274DV50XT Description
TLE4274DV50XT developed by Infineon Technologies is a member of voltage regulators delivering very low current consumption. Shutdown, short circuit and overtemperature protection are provided when operating. The maximum output current is 400 mA. Moreover, the TLE4274DV50XT low drop voltage regulator can be used for all other applications requiring a stabilized 5 V voltage. It is available in the PG-TO220-3-1 package to save board space.
