TLE42662GNT Description
A monolithic integrated low-drop fixed voltage regulator that can deliver loads up to 150 mA is the TLE 4266-2. By using the INH pin, you can turn it on and off. It is functionally equivalent to the TLE 4266, but has a quiescent current that is lowered to 1 A in the off mode and 40 A in the on mode. The TLE 4266-2 is specifically made for any application that needs very little quiescent current both while the system is on and when it is off.
