IRU3137CSTR Overview
In the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. This dc control operates at 4.25V~25V and has a 4.25V~25V supply voltage. Worked in an dc switcher with a 0°C~70°C TA rating. It can switch at 200kHz.
