IRS2890DSTRPBF Overview
Its 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted for higher flexibility.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.Configuration is supported by 2 drivers.It's mounted on the way to Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 10V~20V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate drivers is designed wGate driversh a IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET gate.There is a temperature range for this device of -40°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type in this program.There can be a voltage up to 600V on the high-side (Bootstrap).
