As a result of 56-VFQFN Exposed Pad compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. There is 56-QFN (7x7) dc dc controller package associated with this part.
