IR3565AMAS01TRP Overview
In the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 6 outputs. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. It is capable of dealing with PWM dc switching's output (s). dc switching'sdc control's supply and operating voltages are 3.3V. Workable in an dc switcher where -40°C~85°C TA is the -40°C~85°C TArm. It can switch at 200kHz~2MHz. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Enable, Power Good.
