IR21814 Overview
For greater flexibility, the 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package is adopted.Tube is the packaging method.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.The device is mounted in the direction of Through Hole.Using a 10V~20V supply voltage, gate drivers is capable of demonstrating Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.This device is designed with a IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET gate type.-40°C~150°C TJ is the allowed temperature range for this device.Input type of Non-Inverting is used.It's configured with 14 terminations.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number IR21814.A voltage of 15V is required for its operation.The high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be up to 600V.
