Package Tube includes buck boost converter.oltage regulator is packaged in such a way that 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) would understand.A mounting hole is provided for Surface Mount to mount this current regulator.Temperatures should not exceed -40°C~125°C during operation.Voltages of 9.5V~20V can be input as input voltages in this module.This is a member of the IR2170S family.As a result of 1mA's output current, it offers maximum design flexibility.
