IR21362STR Overview
In order to increase flexibility, the package 28-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) is used.There is a package in the form of Tape & Reel (TR).Configuration is based on 6 drivers.It's mounted on the way to Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 11.5V~20V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.This gate type has a IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET design.This device allows temperatures in the range of -40°C~150°C TJ.The input type for this program is Inverting, Non-Inverting.There are various related parts under its base part number IR21362S.Ideally, the high-side voltage should not exceed 600V.
