IR2112S Overview
In order to increase flexibility, the package 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) is used.A package of Tube has been used.For its configuration, it incorporates 2 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.By using 10V~20V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate type IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.For this device, the temperature range is -40°C~150°C TJ.This program uses the input type of Non-Inverting.Its configuration is based on a total of 16 terminations.Numerous related parts are available for its base part number IR2112S.In addition, it is specifically designed to operate with a supply voltage of 15V.The interface IC of the device is HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.Maximum (Bootstrap) voltage is 600V.
