IR2101 Description
The IR2101 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver having high and low side referenced output channels. Ruggedized monolithic architecture is possible because of proprietary HVAC and latches immune CMOS technology. Down to 3.3V logic, the logic input is compatible with normal CMOS or LSTTL output. A high pulse current buffer stage is used in the output drivers to reduce driver cross-conduction. The floating channel can be utilized to drive a 600-volt N-channel power MOSFET or IGBT in a high-side setup.
