FS770R08A6P2BBPSA1 belongs to the HybridPACK Drive family of very compact six-pack modules optimized for hybrid and electric vehicles. It comes with a flat baseplate and bonded cooling structure. The new EDT2 IGBT generation it impements is an automotive Micro-Pattern Trench-Field-Stop cell design optimized for electric drive train applications. Reliable inverter operation under harsh environmental conditions is allowed due to benchmark current density, short circuit ruggedness, and increased blocking voltage.
