The FS200R07A5E3S6BPSA1 is a HybridPACK™ Light Module. The HybridPACK™ Light is a six-pack module with a very small footprint (705V/200A), designed for mild hybrid vehicles with up to 20kW of power. The module is built using well-known solder and screw linkages from HybridPACK™ 1. The lowest conduction and switching losses are provided by improved stray inductance and blocking voltage, particularly at inverter maximum ratings.
