CHL8325A-64CRT Overview
In the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 5. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. With this function, you can deal with PWM dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at 3.3V volts and has 3.3V supply voltage. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -20°C~85°C TA. It can switch at 200kHz~1.2MHz. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Power Good is included in the dcdc regulator.
