BTS5242-2L Description
The BTS5242-2L is a dual-channel high-side power switch in the PG-DSO-12-9 package providing embedded protective
functions. The power transistor is built by an N-channel vertical power MOSFET with a charge pump. The device is monolithically
integrated into Smart SIPMOS technology.
