G400D-SM-400 Overview
The microcontroller has been classified as a MPU Core type module or board.Processors with ARM926EJ-S cores drive it.It is important to note that the microcontroller is set to -40°C~85°C as the default setting.This MCU electronics has a size of 4MB External in terms of its flash.Software runs normally with RAM size 32KB Internal 128MB External when the RAM size is reduced.400MHz frequency can still be used accurately.There is a 3.3V volt supply that powers this microcontrollers, which is used as its operating voltage.For the purpose of storing the data, we have chosen the value RAM.The microchips embed a memory of 4MB that can be used to store data and programs.
