There is no forward voltage applied to this device.Electronic components in the 4-Circular, WOM package are basically the same.Bridge rectifier is important to monBridge rectifieror the reverse leakage current and not allow Bridge rectifier to exceed 10μA.At -65°C~125°C TJ, the device operates normally.The surge current should be monitored and should not exceed zero.Powering this device is provided by a reverse voltage peak of 10A.
