SD51R Overview
Phase diode rectifier produces a maximum reverse leakage current of 1μA volts.This device has an average rectified current of 60A volts.Phase diode rectifier is permissible for forward current to reach 60A.Phase diode rectifier is the amount an object or material resists a heat flow to a specific temperature difference, and Phase diode rectifiers natural thermal resistance is 1 °C/W.Surge currents are limited to 800A.In the datasheets, the peak reverse is 1A, as indicated by the data chart.
