MBRT50020 Overview
Array is capable of supporting a maximum output voltage of 250A.As a general rule, surge currents should be monitored and kept below 3.5kA.This device will operate when the forward voltage is set to 500A.This device is powered with reverse voltage peak of 1A V.As a reverse biased semiconductor device, its maximal reverse leakage current is 1μA.
