MBRT40045 Overview
Array is capable of supporting a maximum output voltage of 200A.Maintaining a surge current under 3kA and not letting it exceed it is the key to preventing it.In the case of 400A forward voltage, the device will operate.Powered by reverse voltage, this device has a peak voltage of 1A.When reverse biased, its maximal reverse leakage current is 1μA, which is the current flowing from that semiconductor device.
