MBR12045CTR Overview
Array is capable of supporting a maximum output voltage of 60A.Surge currents should be monitored and prevented from exceeding 800A.There will be no operation of this device when the forward voltage is set to 120A.Array is powered by a reverse voltage peak of 1A.Its maximal reverse leakage current is 1μA, which is the current from that semiconductor device when the device is reverse biased.
