KBP208 Overview
This device operates from a forward voltage of 2A.Basically, it's an electronic component that comes in a 4-SIP, KBP package.Monitoring the reverse leakage current and not allowing it to exceed10μA is necessary.Keeping it at -50°C~150°C TJ ensures its normal operation.In terms of maximum output voltage, it can support 2A.There should be a strict limit on surge currents, and the value should not exceed 60A.There is a peak reverse voltage of 10A which is used to power this device.
