GBU4G Overview
When the forward voltage is set to 4A, the device operates.A 4-SIP, GBU package is a type of electronic component.Monitoring the reverse leakage current and not allowing it to exceed5μA is necessary.A Through Hole mount is used for this device.Its normal operation is ensured by operating at a temperature of -55°C~150°C TJ.The surge current should be monitored and should not exceed zero.Powering this device is provided by a reverse voltage peak of 5A.
