GBU15A Overview
When the forward voltage is set to 15A, the device operates.Electronic components in the 4-SIP, GBU package are basically the same.Reverse leakage current should be monitored and not allowed to exceed 5μA.In order for rectifier to operate normally, rectifier must be kept at a temperature of -55°C~150°C TJ.A surge current should not exceed 240A and should be monitored. For powering this device, there is a peak reverse voltage of 5A.
