In this device, the forward voltage is 4A.The component is available as a 4-SIP, GBL package.Reverse leakage current should be monitored, and it shouldn't exceed 5μA.Bridge rectifier is mounted using the Through Hole method.The normal operation of the device is ensured when it is operated at the temperature of 0 degrees Celsius.Monitor surge currents and limit them to zero.Powering this device requires a peak reverse voltage of 5A.
