FST12060 Overview
A maximum output voltage of 60A can be supported.As a general rule, surge currents should be monitored and kept below 1.2kA.Devices that have a forward voltage of 120A will operate.Array is powered by a reverse voltage peak of 1A.When it's reverse biased, it's maximal reverse leakage current is 1μA.
