There is a maximum output voltage of 60A.We should be monitoring the surge current and keeping it below 1.2kA.When the forward voltage is set to 120A, this device will operate.Powered by reverse voltage, this device has a peak voltage of 1A.When it's reverse biased, it's maximal reverse leakage current is 1μA.
