The forward voltage of this device is 6A.Electronic components in the 4-Square, BR-6 package are basically the same.The reverse leakage current must be monitored and should not exceed 0 volts.Operating at the temperature of -65°C~125°C TJ ensures its normal operation.Bridge rectifier can support a maximum output voltage of 6A.A surge current should not exceed 125A and should be monitored.During its operation, this device is powered by a peak reverse voltage of 10A.
