BR1010 Overview
A forward voltage of 10A is required to operate this device.Basically, it is a 4-Square, BR-10 package-type electronic component.Monitoring the reverse leakage current and not allowing it to exceed10μA is necessary.Through Hole is the method of mounting the device. At -55°C~150°C TJ, it operates normally.Ensure that surge current does not exceed 150A.Powering this device requires a peak reverse voltage of 10A.
