BR101 Overview
This device operates from a forward voltage of 10A.Basically, it's an electronic component with a 4-Square, BR-10 package.Reverse leakage current should be monitored and not allowed to exceed 10μA.Temperatures below -55°C~150°C TJ ensure normal operation.Monitor surge current and prevent it from exceeding 150A.A peak reverse voltage of 0 is used to power this device.
