Capsuled in the 16-LSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 2 input. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. Voltages 3.6V~18V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Work well in dc switchers with a -30°C~85°C TA. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 1kHz~500kHz. A generalization of dc dc regulator can be made using Surface Mount. To ensure efficient switching, this dcdc regulator features a Dead Time Control, Frequency Control. Pins number 16 of switching converter in total. It is estimated that this dc regulatorhas a maximum frequency of 500kHz.
