FT245BL-TRAY Overview
32-LQFP encloses the ICs.It is used as integrated circuit system of the Tray package.In order to mount integrated circuit, integrated circuit is done in the way of Surface Mount.Basically, integrated circuit is a USB FIFO.As far as the ICs applications is concerned, there are 32 pins available.Ideally, it would be best to mount this ICs application by Surface Mount.In order to make the most of it, it is recommended to use it when the integrated circuit chip's temperature is below 70°C.No operating temperature lower than 0°C should be used for the integrated circuit system.The ICs complete is packaged by 32-LQFP (7x7).The application specific integrated circuit's operating supply voltage is rated at 5V volts.
