FT201XS-U Overview
There is a copy of it in the 16-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. It's packaged in the shape of a Tube. A temperature of -40°C~85°C should be maintained for reliable operation. The power source must be 3.3V~5VV to work. As a result, the 16 terminations are included in it. When 5V is used as the supply voltage, high efficiency can be achieved.
