FT122T-R Overview
The 28-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package contains it. It's packaged in the shape of a Cut Tape (CT). To ensure reliable operation, the temperature should be regulated to -40°C~85°C. It should be able to operate on a 3.3V 5VV power supply. In it, there are 28 terminations. High efficiency is possible with a supply voltage of 5V. 28 pins are used for operation. The supply current to the gadget is set to 3.9mA.
