FT838D2-BL-RT Overview
There is a ac to dc converter embedded in package SC-74A, SOT-753 .It is available in Tape & Reel (TR) AC/DC power converter.The AC/DC converter is mounted in the way of Surface Mount .It is necessary to operate the ac dc converter at a temperature of -40°C~125°C TA °C in order for it to perform properly.The AC/DC converter is capable of being used when the supply voltage is 6.6V~30V (Vcc/Vdd).It is provided with SOT-23-5 pacakge.
