FT24C32A-UTG-B Overview
As far as memory types are concerned, Non-Volatile is considered to be its memory type. In addition, memory ics is available in a Tube case as well. 8-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) case encloses it. It is estimated that the memory size on the chip is 32Kb 4K x 8. The device uses a mainstream EEPROM-format memory. Due to its wide temperature range of -40°C~85°C, this device is well suited to a wide range of applications that require high performance. A voltage of 1.8V~5.5V is possible to be applied to the supply. As far as the mounting type is concerned, Surface Mount is recommended. In the memory, there is a clock frequency rotation that ranges 800kHz. A minimum operating temperature of -40°C must be met by this device. It should not be operated above 85°C°C. A frequency of 1MHz is used to process the data on this memory chip.
