MP5010GN Overview
A handy package called TO-92 is used.The 2 terminations have a variety of functions.A precise voltage reference must have a tolerance of 1%.The reference voltage is coupled to an analog IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.On the basis of the test statistics, 1.22V voltage is output.The output of 1 is sufficient.The voltage reference ic has 2 pins that are settled.For Through Hole applications, the reference voltage is appropriate.A maximum voltage of 1.22V is generated by it.Its lowest voltage output is 1.2V.Since the voltage reference ic has a maximum input voltage of 40V, users should limit their voltage accordingly.Temperatures above 85°C are not recommended for operation.The unit can operate at temperatures as low as -40°C.There is a 1.22V voltage reference provided by the voltage reference ic.
