EFA04-04-001 Description
STMicroelectronics VIPower technology was used to construct the monolithic EFA04-04-001. It is intended to drive resistive or inductive loads with one side connected to ground. An active VCC pin voltage clamp protects the device against low energy spikes (see ISO7637 transient compatibility table).
