To protect the devices from damage, PTC thermistors are packaged in SMD/SMT packages. For safety reasons, these PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). For PTC thermistors, -20°C should be the minimum operating temperature. The operating temperature of this thermistor must not exceed 125°C. PTC thermistors are designed for 90mA current.
