ZXRE1004FRSTZ Overview
E-Line-3 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Box (TB) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.The voltage reference should have ±3% tolerance.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.For PCB designs with high demands, Through Hole is available.Working within the range of -40°C~85°C TA.ZXRE1004 can be used to find other relevant parts.It can be used with 20mA inputs.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 8μA.It generates a fixed voltage of 1.22V.
