As you can see, this power management is mounted through 3 terminals. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. The purpose of this IC management is to provide you with a reference of 1 functions. This power managment ic consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) (Formed Leads) functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 260 is specified for the package. IC management conducts at a voltage of 3.3V. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. The power management is mounted by a Through Hole-axis. In total, it has 3 pins on IC management. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 1V as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation.
