ZR285R01 Overview
A handy package called TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) is used.It is used as a voltage reference and is controlled by Shunt.The handy Bulk variable is used in this program.A precise voltage reference must have a tolerance of ±1%.Input is taken from a Fixed form.3 pins are included in the voltage reference ic.For PCB designs that require high precision, Through Hole is available.Working within -40°C~85°C TA is my area of expertise.By searching "ZR285, you can find more relevant parts.20mA input applications can use the reference voltage.Generally, the cathode current should be 20μA.The voltage generated is fixed/minimum at 2.5V.
