TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Cut Tape (CT) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 3.The voltage reference should have 1% tolerance.Test statistics determine the output voltage 15V.Users can enter input using the Adjustable form.The voltage reference ic has 3 pins.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.ZR2431 can be used to find other relevant parts.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.Communications with high quality are limited to 1 channels.It has a maximum output voltage of 15V.1.24V voltage lower than 1.24V can be output by the voltage reference ic.An ambient temperature of 85°C should be used for operation.The voltage reference circuit can operate at a temperature of -40°C.As measured by the voltage reference ic, the normaloutput current is 25mA.
