ZABG4003JA16TC Overview
It is acceptable to ship using the method Tape & Reel (TR) .It is packaged the power management in 16-UFQFN Exposed Pad for ease of transportation.The Surface Mount mounting method is universal for easy adaptation.Applications targeting this power management include Bias Controller and others.Keeping the operating temperature of the power management ic -40°C~105°C will prevent malfunctions.As a result, this power management is powered by 2.1V~5.5V voltage.On the power management, there are two 16 terminals.A 950μA supply current should be used to supply the power ic.To start it up, the ic supplies will need 2.1V at least.There is no need to supply the power supply ic with voltages higher than 5.5V .
